Our small nation of 21 million are a strong and proud nation of Iadakans and Ozians. We would like to join the cause of UASS and gain a security that we would never feel with any other alliance. Our nation of 21 million would not stand a chance against any imperialist nation such as the countries in Pax Imperium. Our land is a very valuable port space, rich in resources, and barely touched by human hands. Our delicate nation just arose after a bloody war with the Ozian Mafia. Our successful coup'd'tat on the Mafia Leader, Vendecci has brought much happiness to our people. Whereas he ignored the people, I embrace them. We are an accepting nation with a Powerful Military, and with the assassination of Vendecci with my own hands I have taken control of the Ozian war machinery that the Mafia had to offer. The Armies knowing their previous and respected Admivi Sulav bowed and called me their Pri'Paisheva as I rose to power and used my power to give to the people. As our nation rebuilds itself we will need some support in our times of trouble. The estimated time of when we finally get back to normal life is 10-20 years. We will need help from comrades to be protected from Imperialism and we will need help from our comrades to rebuild. If we are accepted into UASS you will not regret it. Ozian businessmen have already built Weapons factories for the Production of some Ozian weaponry. We have an immense amount of luxury Resources for the UASS people such as our tobacco, sugars, etc. Through our successes with UASS we hope we won't have to rely on Ozian Business contractors and investors in order to rebuild but maintain the Socialist Ideal.

As a member, I welcome your interest in joining. However, the Council will need to vote on your entry into our alliance, and it might take sometime to respond to your membership request. I'm sure there will be no opposition from any of the members.

Let it be noted that the State has requested to withdraw it's request to join the UASS. It does not wish to involve the peaceful alliance in warfare, but would like to state that it will fully support any UASS nation that is aggressed against, as the UASS has proven it's willingness to support Eastian solidarity.

The State may, at a later date, chose to reapply to the UASS, and hopes that our withdrawal of this motion does not offend in any way the UASS member states.
