The only people allowed to post in the trial thread are the Justices, Prosecution and Defense. Anyone else posting will be considered a deliberate attempt to derail the trial. Any issues can be delivered to the Justices via a PM.

You can watch and read Bara but no posting...

Is the trial being conducted in mime? It seems very quiet.

This is starting to become very concerning; we need the prosecution to present their case post haste or this trial will very nearly cease to be one.

The behaviour of the MoRS shows that he did not just act because Govindia was a security threat, it was because he came from a feeder that was an active defender.

Does the defence seriously think I would have confirmed the forum restriction of anyone on the grounds they were an active defender?

No.

This is not how it works.

You do not give orders in my courtroom. You will be respectful, and do your best not to be a moron, that is, look at all the other posts in this thread, and see how many of those weren't from a justice, or your embarrassingly inept prosecution team.

With all due respect, Durnia, there are three justices currently involved in this trial.  If I recall correctly, you recused yourself.  Furthermore,  I object to such flaming language, accusing my DEFENCE team of being inept, when it is in no place for you as a justice to comment on the case when you have recused yourself, by standard ethics.  The three justices have stated that only the prosecution, defence, and those justices involved in the case can post, and no one else.  I do not see what the problem is in that policy to be understood, sir.
