You have to provide Oz with the coordinates first Aragan.

Yes... see the first post in this thread for the format.
Music is the key to the heart.

"Once art to me was something far off, unfathomable and unreachable... But I discovered that the real essence of art was not something high up and far off, it was right inside my ordinary daily self. If a musician wants to be a fine artist, he must first become a finer person. A work of art is the expression of a person's whole personality, sensibility, and ability." -Shinichi Suzuki

I'd like my nation to be at:

400 North

1400 West

Above Varkour and near Daimiaena. Please include the island.

Thanks.

For Aragan? None. Aragan, Theans and Neverio are all one nation. They don't all have corresponding nationstates nations, I just divided my NS nation Aragan up in the RP sense to accommodate the various ethnicitys.

I have one question. What is the deal with expansion territories? Once I've laid out my plan can I just have it added to the map, or what?

This is my plan if there is any reference needs or whatever. http://forum.taijitu.org/index.php/topic,1349.0.html

Even if it's neutral territory and/or the posts are really long?

I, the nation of Jutensa would like to be added to the map so I may begin roleplaying.  Please place me near 200N, 850W and give me a shared border with Gallipoli-China and a stretch of coastline.  If allowable, I would like my southern border to extend far enough east to touch a little bit of Validus, but I do not want to go far enough north to touch Derva.

Thank you for you consideration,
Alana

P.S. I do not know how much territory is appropriate for a nation of my size, but I have attached a rough idea of how I'd like it to look.  I do not, of course, expect it to be just the way I want it.  It would be far too forward to request that, but I thought it might make a nice point of reference.

And?
Economic Left/Right: 9.65
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.37

Proud Constitutionalist

When the government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.

Tyrants from Hitler to Mao to Stalin have sought to disarm their own citizens, for the simple reason that unarmed people are easier to control.
