First question: Like Nathaniel said, "God is with us". The German soldiers in World War I (and II?) had it on their uniforms, except it said "Gott mit uns" instead of "Gott ist mit uns". They both mean the same thing regardless.

Second question: It's my coat of arms, not my flag. My coat of arms was made by Pragmia and my flag was made by Inglo-Scotia.
