Oz, I have, as of last night in the Nula, Yarin, Evsaht post, reliquished you as a colony. I leave it up to you alone to decide what your plans are with the country. When you get back, let's discuss Moacia.

Well, it is not like a few inactive nations aren't alright, but there are far too many (including some with names no RL nation would pick, like "Darius Kissenger" :/ )...besides, given the case I try to invade some of the inactive nation, the RP would be rather single-sided; I don't think RPing military actions is so much fun when you are your own opponent. RPing a civil war might be fun one time, but it will get boring if repeated frequently.

At least, I think the inactive nations should be marked as such, if not removed, though I'd still favor a second map purge.

Nath- if you recall, it wouldn't actually be a purge, except that it would be done en masse. Oz will just be keeping his side of the contract that the player failed to keep.

Bottom left. You aren't labled on the high quality map; that one is outdated. Use the low quality one.

I'll talk to Oz, see if I can't take over his position as cartographer granted his unexpected leave. Granted, I do not have Fireworks 8 so I won't be able to do everything he does (albeit I do have GIMP) I can try to make it workable.

Unfortunately, I don't think you were ever added. I suggest taking a screenshot, edit it to show where your nation is, and add it to your national stat page until something can be done about it.

Does anyone use Fireworks 8 or Fireworks Cs3? These are needed to update the map.

1. Why must Fireworks be used?

2. Yes.

GIMP is used to create the landmasses. Fireworks 8 / Cs3 are used to draw the borders and write the names. I'm pretty sure photoshop could do the same, but there are more tools available to Fireworks. Ask Oz!!

Although, I talked to him over the weekend he said that he would update the map but that his password to the image hosting server provided by Eluvatar was incorrect (or so I believe he was referring to the server and not his account). Hopefully this problem is remedied shortly.
