All you have to do is buy the ticket. You post your own numbers, in accordance to the rules. At the end of the week I use an online random number generator to pick the official numbers.

How do you buy lotto tickets?

At the top of the screen in the dark blue bar that has "HOME" "HELP" etc....you should see a "SHOP" option. You can but tickets there.

Sunshine; Successfully choosing the correct numbers, in any order, to fill out one complete line wins the ticket holder 100 tai. The participant did so, therefore 100 tai will be awarded.

Moonshine; Successfully completing the line wins 250 tai in total. Taking into account all of the participant's ticket draws, the participant correctly filled out the first, third, and fourth spots. Therefore 150 tai will be paid.
