I would first like to apologize for the absence of the officially run Taijitu Lottery since taking office. I thought there was a huge grand system to running the lotto. I've been searching every possible corner of this board looking for the answer to how to run it. I finally found it, thanks Talemann.
Anyway, thanks Soly for "holding down the fort" but the lotto will be back in Ministry hands starting Sunday, August 25. Until then all Lottery activity is suspended.
I'm waiting for Sunday, as it's the next "start of a new week."
Starting Sunday the 25th the Lottery will be held on a twice the week basis.
Rules for the Lottery will remain as they were as of Soly's "Round 9" thread.
