It's time we meet again. Is this Mr. Murphy for real? Do we unanimously recognize him as the legit leader of Aemilian and so, the leader of all dysanni? What does DYSFOR has to do with it? If we claim him as the legit successor, why don't DYSFOR is dismantled then?

I say, Dysanii is not yet free, fanatic tarts try to form a government in Valhene that opposes to the reunification and intel of ours say that if they aren't in PI already, they are getting heavy support, and we have Feniexian troops holding a large part of Dysanii, enslaving it's people their way, like they do in their motherland. Acadia is fine, says delfian politicians, although everyone agrees that it would be better reunited in a new Dysanii. I say DYSFOR purpose is not yet concluded! Dysanii is not yet free from irresponsible government, and is not yet reunified. Along with the support, we should try our best that Dysanii reunifies, and New Delfos supports Aemilian efforts of reunification.

The Collosean Federation has supported a unified Dysanii from the very beginning. We will of course support Murphy as the legit leader of Dysanii. There is no logical reason to dismantle DYSFOR though, with Feniexian troops knocking on our door steps. DYSFOR outgrew its old purpose to fulfill a new one.

There has been much talk of us sending supplies to the Aemilian forces. Unfortunately, the Loyanese and the Canadian puppet state of Acadia have setup a blockade, preventing us from getting those weapons through. With Validus being located so close to Myroria, I believe that, for your own security, that Delfian token amounts of Valideen annihilate the Myrorian naval and air capabilities, while the majority of the Valideen navy focuses on their newly founded colony. Collosean, Varkourian, and Templarian forces, in unison with Task Force Orion and other flotillas in Valhene, launch a pincer attack on the Loyanese and Cana... err, I mean Acadian, blockade. Collosea is also in talks with Collatican officials for their support in our effort.

Once the blockade is penetrated, we will then proceed with funneling equipment and troops into Dysanii as we discussed with Murphy.
