Ratification Procedure
« on: May 25, 2010, 01:36:51 AM »
Since the forum under the current constitution is, well, gone, it would be difficult to work starting from the old constitution.

Therefore, we are following the following procedure:

Once we agree on a version like reasonable people, we make a poll with it. If during seven days, no objections are made, then the constitution is enacted and there can be no objection as all present Senators voted affirmatively and under the old constitution one only needed 3/4 over the course of seven days.

If there are objections, then we try to figure out who was and was not in the Senate at the time and do a count

When our constitution is finalized, everybody who agreed to it gets to sign the Constitution on the wiki before it gets Protected. We will also immediately hold whatever elections are applicable.
