Things that make me lose my cool, in order of how badly they bother me:

1. Loud unexpected noises
2. People who can't compromise
3. People insulting my friends
4. Ketchup on my cheeseburger

Generally I get over it pretty quick and either forgive the offender or stop being interested.

I actually have some pretty strong rage issues (part of life with PTSD) which has largely allowed me to overcome my rage successfully and generally keep my cool. However when I lose said cool I'm pissed for at least the rest of the day if not longer.
