The cable company guy does, some days ago between 11 and 13 he came at 12.

The package delivery guy comes sometimes on time, usually right before their time is up (between the huge hour gap they give) but other times either half past the hour he was supposed to come or much later, having to be contacted by them.

OMG he's here! And he seems to know what he is doing! Though to be fair, most of my bad experiences were from when I lived in Philadelphia, which don't really count because ... Philadelphia.
