I think freedom is an overused term. Freedom from what exactly? Freedom from the shit luck of being born in a third world hell hole sure, freedom from the inequities of the socioeconomic system in which we were born hardly. Additionally I don't necessarily see absolute freedom as a good thing as exemplified by early libertine thought such as The 120 Days of Sodom. I could rant to great extent on tha phallacy that we have now or will ever desire true freedom.
