I, Eluvatar, do solemnly swear that I will hold by and not abuse the power of my office as enumerated by the Constitution, ensure the proper functioning of the Council as enumerated within its procedures (once we adopt some) with due efficacy and impartiality, and recognize that should I fail to comply to this oath that my office may be by a vote of no confidence forfeit.
