Ehecatl Aerospace company
For many years Terrangar has relied on foreign countries to supply their civilian and military aircraft.
But over those years also slow but steady a homemade aircraft industry grew.
It started with maintenance companies that turned into supply companies for aircraft equipment and spare parts to reduce the cost of having such parts transported over large distances.
Expertise came from construction of several smaller planes for recreation purposes.
Now with the assistance of the government the  Ehecatl aircraft company has produced it`s first homemade aircraft.
With the assistance of the IHAO and Terrangan forestry service we present the “Tlaloc” EH-215

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadair_CL-215

specially made to fight large out of control fires from the air.
The first 2 machines will go to the Forestry office with two more on order and 4 units have been ordered by the IHAO.

We are also currently working on a new improved project and would like to invite foreign aircraft companies for cooperation.

I'm sure you are aware of the re-equipping of the Glomin armed forces and I trust that your nations fine suppliers of military equipment will be more then able to meet our demands.

Statement from Terrangar Ministry of Trade and Commerce

The government of Terrangar together with L-E Power Company is looking into the peaceful use of nuclear energy as a power source.
We wish to cooperate with other nations in the development, planning and construction of a Helium-cooled pebble bed reactor with a projected output of 600 MW.

Also the University of Terrangar is looking into the construction of a 1 MW reactor on campus for the following purpose.
Nuclear Research Reactor
-For practical application in teaching nuclear physics.
-To gain experience while developing a fission reactor to produce energy
-To create Radioisotopes for medical and scientific applications
-To study the effects of radiation poisoning and develop countermeasures
-To calibrate Geiger counters.
-To create radioactive elements for use in an atomic clock.
-To test  equipment for our upcoming space program.
-Use of excess heat and electricity to provide energy to the University.

Please send your proposals to Motac

From the Loyanese Ministry of Energy,

Our government had recently lifted a memorandum on the drilling of crude oil of our offshore reserves. The potential of Loyan's own oil reserves has been neglected, and we feel it's time to concentrate on exploiting these oil fields. Must of these proven reserves are located on the Southern Sea and Gulf of Loyan.

Our country lacks the technology and expertise to efficiently process oil from these deepwater reserves, hence are inviting experienced Terran oil companies to build and run these offshore oil wells instead. Our government will award a 150 million dollar initial incentive to the first company to build two oil platforms on our designated fields, and further 80 million dollars for upping their total production of Loyanese crude to 500,000 barrels a day.

We require operations to meet our environmental standards, but I'm sure this will pose no problem to your veteran companies. Your companies may keep all proceeds made from sale of our oil, and will only have to heed to a flat $16.12 royalty on every barrel of oil produced from the designated fields. Unit price for the oil must also not exceed that of Terran oil to Loyan. This contract will observe that the oil produce can only be sold to Loyanese domestic refineries.

We will provide your companies with data on the oilfields available, hence you do not need to explore these areas. However, we are in need of more experienced surveyors to map out and explore the areas of unknown to precisely determine how much oil our territorial waters really possess.

The  Terrangar Oil Company (TOC) wishes to assist you in your request.
We have 20 years of experience in the field of shore based and off-shore oil drilling.
We would like send a team of experts to your country to assist you in the survey and will offer the use of a special software our company developed to analyze seismic data.

After analysis we will develop the required type of platform to develop the ressources.

Total cost of the project will be calculated after the analysis is finished.
The cost will depend on depth of oil field, expected weather patterns, currents and distance to shore.

If the field is close to the shore we may either look for a shore based drilling or a grounded platform equipped with a pipeline to transport the oil and gas.

Otherwise we may have to approach the field with either a semi-submersible or tension legged rig, depending on hydrographic and weather conditions.

For a representative cost analysis we require weather and maritime data over several years and a sonar scan of the ocean floor as well as an analysis of the ocean floor composition to establish stability for possible anchorage.

In terms of enviromental protection we suppose the use of gas powered engines for electricity supply and energy needs. As natural gas is usually a large part of most oil fields we will liquify the gas for industrial use. Part of the gas will be used onboard for mentioned power supply.
Gas turbines with a water based heat exchange unit have proven highly economical and less polluting.
Also all pumps, tanks and valves will be equipped with leak warning systems and retention basins.
If the cost is not to high we also may use a double pipe method in drilling the first mile underground.
This method will prevent oil spill should the main pipe be damaged.
