Marks Sealand of Takasia would like to purchase the $4b Ginties islet and the $8b Newsouth islet for refuel centres and air/seaports. Such deal will improve trade and tourism between our nations.

We would like to have a discount of 25% for the islets.

Sincerely,
CEO of Marks Sealand, Kintetsu Ken

OOC: Are there still islands for sale?

In view of your Islands good strategic position we request that you give us permission to station one Stellarisien Destroyer in your territorial waters and that it be allowed to dock at a Mercantlist port. In return we offer you the option of the same rights granted to you in Stellarisien waters or a one off cash payment. The Destroyer will protect shipping and patrol the area immediately around your islands. Please do consider this proposal.

I regret to inform you that such a request is impossible for an island within the Merchant Archipelago. However, we would welcome such an exchange for an island within the Dominion, particularly one off the Easteros continent.

There have been pirate attacks in that area, and the Easteros Merchant Co. has informed me that they would welcome the additional firepower and defense. Please let us know if this offer is acceptable.

Sincerely,

Alexander Wallis

Thank you for the offer. 11.25 billion Takasky marks is wired to your account.

We would like to name the Ginto and Newsouth Islets as Poocat and Kosamui respectively. And we would like to request the right to operate private water taxi services between these islets and your islands.

In addition, we would also like to operate a cruise-ferry lines Poocat-Sugar Town and Poocat-Ginto. We believe such lines will improve the tourism industry of our nations. Such lines may extend to Varkourian territories if we have approval from your nation and that from Varkour.

Sincerely,
CEO of Marks Sealand, Kintetsu Ken

Additionally, the names of your islands have been updated on our maps. Thank you for your business.
