Wars of a distant future
« on: September 22, 2007, 09:46:26 PM »
Battle on Merola Bay:

Sgnt. Drake ran across the harbor in desperation as a fleet of Mech water Oni's marched towards the bay "All men to your battle stations, we are under siege."

Colonel Davis grasped for the shield generator, as he grasped it a missile struck the generator.

"Damn it" shards of metal hissing through the air like super sonic darts

As the colonel struggled up to deck of his ship three soldiers fell around him from machine gun fire.

A missile blew off the nearest mech's hand, bent down and slid it's remaining hand under the ship, its red mechanical eye staring blankly at the ship as turrets shot in vain.

OOC: continue story.

OOC: It seems to me that this would be better suited to the Future RP Section.

Fantasy RP will be a better place. I'm interest in joining this one.

Yes, or that. Though, like Loyan said, I've been looking for some sort of RP like this as well.

The Mech's hand raised the boat high into the air, and then flung it into a building.  The building collapsed like clay falling off of a mold.

Eight mechs were sinking plasma charges into the technological warehouses, causing a mass of explosions, ripping apart tanks and humans alike.

Sgnt. looked upon the onslaught, he saw old friends speared by bullets the size of lances.  He turned on a computer and typed up a code and took the disc with him.

Bullets flew around Drake, ice began to fall, the wind driving it into his skin.  he valiantly leaped onto the plasma rifle of the nearest mech, as he scrambled over the barrel the gun shot shattering his hanging leg.  He struggled up the arm holding on so hard his hands blistered.  When he finally sat on the Mechs shoulder he inserted the disc and jumped it the sea.  A surge of powerful viruses went through the robot, causing it to crash through lines of its allies.  The collapsing mechs created a surge of miniature tidal waves, one of which washed up a haggard figure.

To be continued.

Maybe we should ask a moderator to move this to the Future RP section and then people could let loose. ::)

The remaining mechs turned towards the electrical plant.  They charged towards the main plant, crushing all that was in their way.  Under attack, commencing self-destruct the interface began to flash, an explosion resonated through the bay.   Where once stood an electrical plant was a crater, everything in sight had bits of metal impaled in them.  The mechanical creations merely stood frozen in place, electricity shooting around their bodies, their guns and arms falling limp, they're eyes fading.

The Sgnt. washed up and lay twitching on the rocks.  "Fool, die, curse in vain, Terrofria is next." The dark figure laughed picked up Drake, a snap resonated throughout the shore, a limp figure hit the ground with a thump.

Terrofria, fortified land base:
"Merola is taken, cameras say we are next, there is a spy in our midst." General, large object approaching at great speed.

"Commence scan interface." Scanning...... General, it is a ,missile aimed straight for you "Infect it, and point it towards the Michelin home city."  General its too late for that, its already here.   The interface's voice became raspy, and angry, Sianara A scream was heard, a muffled boom, then all hell broke free, glass shattered, and bodies flew everywhere.  A mass of tiny bug like robots crawled from the wreckage, hacking every system, corrupting every file.  They are here
