Proposal for Citizen-Harlot position

Given that we are all revolutionary and equal, and frankly, very awesome, we need to have a Citizen-Harlot, a Cit-Har(Sitar) if you will, given that we have also had a volunteer for this prestigious role in our government, I also propose that should this pass we make Allama the permanent Citizen-Harlot.
