For a time Jethnea was a guild within Equinox, so definitely some defenders there
as such I have a pretty significant history with Equinox
The Axiom Guild's military, the Crusaders of Justice, was also active for a time and eventually became its own region. Some key members included Hadisthe, Wop, Spartz, and it's late so I can't think of more
Other major defenders were also in the region in other guilds under a variety of puppet names.
Plus you have Falc - he may have eventually switched sides in a confusing manner, but he was definitely a good defender
It was also one of the few regions were prominent defenders and raiders all took part and got along
