Name of the Roleplay Boards
« on: September 08, 2014, 09:10:11 PM »
Often an awkward moment trying to explain our roleplay here is the just the name and the fact that it's on a forum. for many they remember forum rps when they were 12-14 and it was a bunch of people pretending to be their favorite anime characters with only 1-3 sentence responses. Even in contrast to many NS RPs, our average post length is much longer than anyone elses RPs. Not to be pretentious but, roleplay gives off some juvenile connotations sometimes regarding this.

So Myroria and I discussed the possibility of changing the name several times. Now that we're a direct democracy that's involved in RP/Socializing let's put it up for a vote. So we came up with these names to consider.

Any sort of collaborative writing will always get a bad rap but "forum-based role-play" especially so. I think Taijitu Worldbuilding is a good name that will keep us true to our roots while being inviting to other writers who do similar work.

I went ahead and changed the board names.
