Certainly feels like we are getting more centralized - but that is not necessarily bad. If the C-D is the "leader," the C-Ls/activity would be an important part of the job. Would there be benefits to a separately-elected office?
The main benefit I believe would be less responsibility for the Citizen-Delegate and the addition of a new thing to strive to be. I personally favor this being under the Citizen-Delegate. My own additions to the lovely bit Myroria crafted:

Quote
4. Citizen-Liaison
1. The Citizen-Delegate may appoint any number of Citizen-Liaisons to assist them in maintaining Taijitu's community and community activity.
2. The Citizen-Delegate may dismiss Citizen-Liaisons at any time.
3. The Ecclesia may remove any Citizen-Liaison by a majority vote.
4. It shall be the responsibility of the Citizen-Liaison to greet new members of Taijitu and assist them in navigating our forums and culture.
5. It is the duty of the Citizen-Liaison to support the Delegate in promotion of Taijitu's culture and community.

Khem's additions look good. My thought with making it non-elected was to have it match the Citizen-Diplomat protocol, but I'm fine with making the position elected.

As long as this office exists, I'm happy whether it's directly elected or the Citizen-Delegate gets to appoint it. Myro's write-up + Khem's additions looks great!

I'm fine with the proposal, though I think Khem's last addition may be unnecessary; if the Citizen-Delegate appoints and removes them freely, it's probably unnecessary to specify they should cooperate with the Citizen-Delegate.

Elu how about this wording instead?
5. It is the duty of the Citizen-Liaison to actively promote Taijitu's culture and community.

Shall we open a vote on this?

As a new person I think this would be rather helpful.
