Can I ask what this person did to get himself ejected and deleted? It's possible his behavior still needs addressed.
He was thought to be using an anonymizing-proxy, but it turned out to just be
this.
Since he probably exclusively uses a phone to see our forums, I made the mistake of thinking it was suspicious behavior and took action a little too quickly at too late an hour of the night before I went to bed.
