I agree. The RP council needs to start doing things. Not that there's anything wrong right now... just things missing. Rules perhaps? Ideas, anyone?

Well there are the technology limitations(?), defense budget limitations(?), troop unit costs(?), and lack of RP/OOC mods for starters.

I think the most important thing we need to work on right now is defense budgets. You know, set up prices for everything, set the fractions up for the budgets(like, 1/3 goes to upkeep or w/e), etc.,

And who are our mods?  Oz is mod of the maps, and IS/Acle are the mods of the RP Council.  We have no mods for the RP n OOC forums.
