By the Third Party Congress:
Enacted:

A Resolution of the [wiki]Progressive Party[/wiki] to seek to use [wiki]Condorcet Voting[/wiki] to elect the [wiki]Delegate[/wiki].

The Progressive Party Senators will propose the following, or an equivalent, as a Constitutional Amendment:
