Look I'm not one for fancy speeches and I don't have experience in the field of being a figurehead but I said hell why not give it a shot. I'm Khem aka PhatherBadDrugs aka Neil. I currently serve as your Citizen-Liaison as those of you who are new probably already know from my messages. This job I am doing was my idea and really probably the biggest accomplishment I have made legislatively however it was never meant in my original vision to be a one man crew!
