Temporary Delegate Absence

Due to real life reasons, I do not have the capacity to run Taijitu right now. I have asked SDixie to take over and do what needs to be done.

As my last act as Delegate for a few days, I appoint SDixie as Minister of Defence. I wanted to announce this as it might be a bit strange him announcing it himself. SD will announce the rest of the HC and act as Delegate for a few days until I am able to do so again.

I greatly apologise for this, but I know that SD will do a great job.

 All current Ministers will retain their positions, until such time as otherwise is seen fit.
