I am sworn in as VD, but to abide by the letter of the Constitution, here goes:

I, PoD Gunner / Red Kagran, do solemnly swear that I shall hold by and not abuse the powers of my office as enumerated by the Constitution, that I shall ensure the security and wellbeing of the region at all times, fulfill my obligations to the United Nations and acknowledge the voice of the people in doing so, uphold the Constitution and laws of Taijitu, and recognize that should I fail to comply to this oath that my office and its powers may be  by a vote of the Senate forfeit.

Well, my personal legal interpretation under the current constitution is that your official office is still Vice Delegate, you have only assumed the duties of the Delegate. Though, I am not the Court, so my say is far from final.

I suppose you could be right, but I did it in case I decide to banject you and as such you would not be able to accuse me as a VD and if the defense had a good lawyer, TGR would do some hard time, since we have no procedure for officially relieving  him of his duties or an official nomination and an acceptance of the rights and obligations by the interim Del.
