Nightloser, we think it best if potential recruiters wait a bit after becoming a Citizen in order to familiarize themselves with the region.  Recruiters get a lot of questions about NS itself and their respective regions, so we're setting an informal two-week requirement to ensure maximum awesomeness. :) We would absolutely love to hear from you again, hoping you'll still be interested.

Know that for the record, that while I may respect you and like you, I do not like the fact that I do not have a valid answer to my question, in which I feel It is my right to know why I was rejected in trying to serve the region better.  :(

From what I've been told, I think they don't need anymore assistance from anyone.  But that's what only I've heard....

Eientei, I'm sorry that you never received a reply.  I'll look into it and let you know soon.  It's possible that whoever was in charge at the time just didn't notice your post.
