Can my vehicles use electric motors?
Than I can use the solar plates as (very slowly working) "reloaders".

You could, but they wouldn't have any range to speak of considdering how much power they would need.

A modern MBT with a 1500hp engine and a weight of ~60 tons consumes about 2,4litres/km during mixed driving, and that's diesel, if they use gasoline it is about 50% higher... An IFV with a 500hp engine and ~26 tons consumes about 1,6litres/km of diesel.

Dude, perhaps you mean 24 l/km and 16 l/km? My 5th class BMW consumed ~11 liters per 100 km and it had only about 180 horse powers.

No, the Leopard 2S consumes ~24litres of diesel/10km during mixed driving with 1500hp (a 4x4 car with a diesel consumes about 0,6 litres/10km)

No I am not hoping for a vote, I am refusing to let it go just because some narrow-minded realist fascist say so...

I forgot the two posts on the 2nd page...sorry.
