Joining the Army entails having your UN nation as a separate nation from your main, Taijitu nation and joining the rest of the army in military operations. It's a great form of civic service ;)

First, you need to become a citizen. You can do that at the Office of Internal Affairs. After that, you have to wait until the new Minister of Defense is appointed.
