A motion has been introduced and seconded to form the following planning committee:

1. A Garden Party Planning Committee will be established.
2. The work of the Committee will be directed by the Citizen-Liaison.
3. The Committee will consist of the Citizen-Liaison, Pauline Bonaparte, Allama, Musitant, Gulliver, and Delfos.
4. The Committee will develop a plan for promoting and hosting an interregional garden party in Taijitu.
5. The Committee will present its final plan to the Ecclesia, which may accept or reject it by a majority vote.
6. The Committee will be dissolved at the conclusion of the garden party or if the Ecclesia rejects its plan.
