Maintaining the secret appears, to me, a bit pointless. If my theory is correct and Dysanii guessed the intentions of Winter Shield (given the number of wintry war zones in the world, the name was a dead giveaway), the nature of Winter Shield is now an open secret to all involved parties, so we may as well drop the pretense.

It's how it works. Hitler knew about troops in England before the Overlord, they just thought Patton was a bigger deal.

I still find it odd that Dysanii moved when he did. I'm almost positive he guessed the intentions of Winter Shield. After all, Hitler was a moron, strategically speaking.
