Primary Goal: To build up the poor regions of the world so that no person shall go hungry again.
Secondary Goal: To build the IPO International Center for Disease Studies and Control
Tertiary Goal: To promote an international peaceful event, such as a sporting event (ie world cup or Olympics) or music concert (like woodstock level).

Terrangar Project
Primary goal: To define how this organization works as a guide to non member countries.
Secondary goal. To reduce the thread of NBC weapons by formulating a treaty.
Tertiary goal: To start with projects to increase education in other countries.

To start with projects to increase education in other countries.

Who pays for this? the governments? IPO funded projects?
Projects for education of what area? Against illiteracy? In favor of culture and languages?

I propose that IPO creates a fund to which members and non-members can donate money. (Private organizations too).
the fund will be used to allow all children to go to school,paying for their school materials.
It is mainly against illiteracy.
It is clear that children who can't go to school because they are needed to help their parents will have no chance to create a better live for themselves. Thus they will stay poor and so will their children.
So the fund would also pay for a hired help to assist the parents while their child is at school.
School feeding would allow us to fight malnutrition thus increasing the child's chance of survival.
What is teached in school however should be up to the individual countries.
The fund would just support money to build schools, train teachers and buy materials.
That is the idea so far.

That's quite a project.  What's the estimated cost of this?  Can it feasibly be maintained for more than a few years?

This project will take probably several decades and in some countries even generations.
The estimated cost will be relatively low.
As school materials are rather basic (Pens, books, paper) and will be purchased on the country's economy prices will be low.
this will give the countries economy a boost and reduce overall cost.
A good way to get the money would be trough private donations. Every citizen could who wants to give financial support could donate any amount he wishes from $1 to $ 1,000,000 or more.
Citizens who wish to donate could also do so by buying materials and having them dispersed trough IPO channels.
Teachers would work close with IPO in the distribution of these supplies thus reducing workload and cost for IPO. We don't need distributors for every child. the teachers can distribute the materials themselves.
Also such donations from citizens could be deducted from tax. That would open the peoples pockets.
I will present more detailed data on cost over the next days.

What about the hired help?  That sounds like the most costly part.  Five years wages or so, just to get the kids through grade school.

We should not apply "western" standards of schooling (Over here in Germany grade school is only 4 years)
The most important things children in third world countries need to learn is Reading, writing, basic mathematics, hygiene and agricultural skills. Besides the children would only go to school for 4 to 6 hours each day so the "hired help" would not be needed all day. As children would also do homework at school they would be free to help their parents after wards.
Besides it must be understood that the country who receives aid in this way must also spend some money on this project. besides success in this field could reduce many problems in other areas which would loosen the financial pressure.
It must be clear to all that a lack of knowledge leads to hunger, poverty  and sickness.
All the problems we are fighting against are not separated but interlinked.
A child that learns how to stay healthy can work harder. A person who works harder can produce more food. This will reduce hunger.
healthy people  don't need the help of their children because they are to sick and poor to help themselves or to afford professional care.
The calculation is gruesome yet easy.
if you need 3 children to support you when you are old and due to famine, disease and war only 1 out of 3 survives you will have to make 9 children at least. If 5 of those nine survive we have a population growth which puts additional stress on arable land, food supply etc.

Here is a cost overview for the project.

$52     Chair and table for 1 child. This may not be needed in some regions were people are used to    sit on the floor.

$74     School materials for 10 children.

$97     Cost to train one teacher
