The candy helmets are called up again!

Some IPO members are pressing for an IPOPk operation in Gelibolu. Xyrael doesn't give clearance, and says they will solve their own way. Shall we force an IPO Peace-keeping operation on them?

Remember this isn't obligatory, but this will rule IPO's official position over the matter.
