The creation of several international reliable funds to affiliate to humanitarian organizations.
List:
* International Peace Organization Children's  Emergency Fund (IPOCEF) -children
* International Peace Organization Nations Development Fund (IPOWDF) -3rd world
* International Peace Organization Food Fund (IPOFF) -rations
* International Peace Organization Humanitarian Organizations Fund (IPOHOF) -3rd world
* International Peace Organization Women's Fund (IPOWF) -women

While Feniexia agrees to create a fund for those in need and is also ready to contribute to this fund, we do not think that nations shall be enforced to contribute when the money could be used better for their own sake.

Nations are not enforced, those are open funds, any citizen of any part of the world can contribute. What happens is that any money of the IPO that isn't spent on IPO Diplomacy Bureau goes to those funds. We can discuss later a protocol that makes nations contribute if their economic situation is good for it.
