All IPO delegates  will be provided with security vehicles.
These vehicles have a resistance class of B6/ B7

The conference room should have a table where we can sit around. That seating arrangement they have in the UN is too formal for my taste. If we're not facing each other, how can there be clear communication between delegates?

Micheal pulled out a folder. "My government wants to contribute to theis organization, so we have built a round table made from Canadian pine and oak. It is a gift to the esteemed nations present at this organization. Here is a picture."

Quote
Article II: The Legislative

4. The Senate shall have the power to remove the Delegate or Vice Delegate from office if they in their opinion have violated the Constitution and laws of Taijitu, broken their oath or failed to fulfill their duties, by a two-thirds majority vote.

I removed the picture.
I agree with Loyan and I like GCE`s idea.
There are only 2 problems I would like to point out.
We should choose a table large enough to add more nations in the future, and I find it difficult to present any data on a large screen so everybody can see it, instead of having to look into some folders.
Maybe someone has an idea.
Another idea is to have a computer screen build into the table at every delegates position.

the multitouch. make it the surface of the table each person would have their own harddrive attached to their section which would link in a central hub. its a perfect idea for it.

I support Neil's idea.
Also it will be difficult to translate the wonderful amount of information into roleplay.
You cold simply pre-program a "tag" with the range of a comm system or helicopter type and it would put the range on a map.
There are also numerous other applications.
I must say I do not care about how "techy" it is as long as it works and supports our operations and work.
But I would also like to install hardwired phones and ports for laptops in case of system failure as a redundant system.

I don't care how much tech there is so long as it's simple to use.

i quite agree with this idea. also it may be wise to have the complex equipped with a powerful backup generator for each building.
