Howdy everyone. My name is Pengu. I've been on Nationstates since June of 2004, when I was still in high school. My main nation that I use is Penguin Dictators, though it's currently stationed in my home region of Wintreath. But upon seeing this place and what it's about, I thought it'd be neat to be a part of it as well.
