Hello everyone! Tha name is Elegarth and I'm also known as The Seeker of Power.

I'm currently the Senator of Foreign Affairs of The Pacific (New Pacific Order) and also the Regent of The Pacific as well! I have come bearing gifts, I can grant wishes but careful on the wording: all of them backfires hahaha.

I'm from Costa Rica, and am the self appointed Sexy Latino Panda of the New Pacific Order. While I serve as FA Senator, I don't always serve as ambassador to each region, but I do like to keep an account and a mask, to be able to post important information to your region.

My Spanish is pretty rudimentary but yes, I do know the language to an extent. I understand much more when reading or listening than I can compose independently, though, as it's been a decade since I had occasion to speak it.
