THE PELAGIAN EMPIRE commends the actions of the crew of the HUPPRECHT PATRICK, a 1,605 meter long ship destined to the planet "Pelagian Habitable Planet 29", here on known as "29", to be:
A MINOR THREAT to the safety of the Pelagian Empire
AN EXTINGUISHABLE THREAT, taking into consideration the technology of 29 and the Pelagian Empire
HOWEVER, the Pelagian Empire realises the great bounty that this planet, 29, holds, and
HEREBY RECOGNIZES 29 as an official part of the Pelagian Empire
KEEPING WITH THE TRADITION of officially naming planets in the great Pelagian Empire, we have hereby named this planet
EARTH.
