How do we change the Delegate?

OK, we have elected the new Delegate. But his endorsements are growing slowly and we have UN resolutions to vote. If we remove endorsements from the previous delegate we can miss an important UN decision (we just have one) - I mean we will be weak with our position.
So, how can we make a safe transition of power? Or we face a new problem of too many nations causing too big inertness?

IMO, it's one of the downsides of a large population.  I don't think we should pull endos from TCM, but everyone who is in the UN should endo TGR.  Right now, there's a pretty big gap between them.

Essentially, TGR has to tart up the entire region vigorously until he surpasses Amy, perhaps adding the unendorsement of Amy (though all at once might not be advisable, as then some random fellow could get into the office) if necessary.

FT has asked a question that’s been nagging at me since the election… I’m glad I stumbled upon this thread before I started one.   FT has pointed out an inherent flaw, albeit a minor one, in the way Taijitu elects their delegate.

One of the ways I can see this change happening quickly was is if the governing body appoints a sort of ‘judge of the change’.  One who would petition the UN members to endorse the newly elected delegate, providing easy links to him or her while overseeing that no rouge nation steals the delegate position.  Perhaps even the Vice Delegate could assume this task.

Just a thought, on the other hand, it would be just as fitting for the delegate-elect to tart up the region for support…

Ideally, what should have happened was that everyone running for Del should have started gaining endorsements in the region during the campaigns. Then those who didn't win, stop gaining (stop handing out endorsements), and leave just the newly elected Delegate to gain more. In my opinion, everyone who ran should have tried to get to the point where they would have been about 50-60 endos under me....meaning that whoever wins doesn't need many more in order for the changeover to take place.

I did this exact thing when I ran last time. As a result, the changeover only took a few days.
