Veramarks Early History

Recently, Veramark historians has found several manuspricts detailing a ancient people known as Kanaxons. the Kanaxons was a Barbadian tribe that lasted from 650 BC till 950 AD. this is there story.

The Cilician lived peacefully until a day that a invading tribe came into Cilica territory. the tribe burned down a lot of Cilician villages which made the tribal leaders mad. they assembled a huge horde of barbarian warriors to attack the invaders

[Tarrotown]

The village was burning, the acrid smoke blocking out the sun. The local chieftain had been dragged out of his hut and layed before the men.
Dorien glanced at his second, Palma;
"Scalping knife or wax?
Palma grinned, making the scars on his face spread out more;
"I think he might prefer the wax."
Dorien grinned wolfishly and strided to the ledge overlooking the valley. The barbarian's had assembled a rag tag army of peasants and old women. Degenerates. Filth. The Kanaxon.
A twisted scream broke out behind him. It soon petered out in a broken gurgle. He'd bring civilization to this land no matter how many on these worms he had to kill.

the large horde grew bigger and bigger and bigger while they marched to where the invaders where, the commander saw they wrath and was on a warpath to stop them, even at his own life. finally the horde saw the invaders and the invaders didn't see them. the horde, went berserk at them and charged at them

around 65% of the invader force never knew what hit them. the horde wanted them out of their homeland. but they never manged to kill the genral that led the force. now, the Kanaxons weren't baribans anymore, now the were savges....

[Tarrotown]

The soldiers began to slip into the enemy camp. The guards had already had their throats slit and ditched into a valley. The men simultaneously drew their knives and began to draw up to the lead Kalaxon's hut. They slipped in carefully past the doors and stepped over the sleeping forms on the floor. The chief was surrounded by several slave girls all asleep. The chief himself was heaped upon his throne draped in animal furs. Dorien raised his knife above the sleeping chiefs head and prepared to bring it down.

One of the Slave Girls woke up and yelled. all the chiefs woke up and they saw the soldiers. they manged to kill all of them. they now realized that these men aren't going to fight Fair. The chiefs made a battle plan. They found a weak spot in the enemy's lines. When the Emmey invaded Kanaxon territory, they made people join thier auxiliary unit. Most of the polpe in that unit manged to conact Kanaxon forces and they made a deal. they would let the Kanaxon forces pass while they run away. the plans were set and the Kanaxons moved out.
