Hostilities were started by the People's Loyalist Republic and their refusal to accept peace with us by ceasing hostile activities towards the Empire. The strikes were preemptive in order to prevent any possible and probable attack against the Saletsian homeland. We have no intentions of launching further attacks if our neighbor stays peaceful and refrains from doing any hostile actions towards Saletsia.

OOC: IRBMs launched against Loyalist military targets and satellite after his mobilization and military build-up along our border (check his news) - with ranges going 20km into my territory.
The bi/chemical weapons are prepared for any possible retaliation by PI and UFM + PLR.

ooc: Not all IRBM are nuclear. In fact, I believe SCUD's qualify as IRBM's, and are eligible for either conventional, biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons.

ooc: actually it does when the area is secured. The only way you could have presence my actions would be with satellite (which my advanced satellite network would spot) and even then you cannot determine whatever happened. Not even the press knows what it is, it will be reported as a plague.

The passing-over of satellites does not breach your sovereignty rights. Maybe in your country they do, but you cannot go to war with a country that breaks a law in only your nation. If the governments of Xyrael and Saletsia stand down immediately, Myroria will not intervene and will make sure Loyalist does not seek retaliation. If you do not withdraw your forces, Myroria will enter the war on the side of the People's Republic.

State Government Reply

The State is in a state of heightened security, and pays keen attention to other nations national news. Loyalist national news gave us cause for concern when it reported that the Loyalist government was creating a program entitled MOM with the purpose of categorizing strategic military outposts, sectret bases, missile silo's and SAM sites in case of future attacks. The categorizing of Xyraeli State Military installations during war-time security levels without State Military authorization is a breach of our sovereign right to withhold information from foreign nations. This information can only be necessary in the event that Loyalist forces deem it necessary to launch a first-strike nuclear offensive on Xyrael, and as such we are taking the appropriate measures to respond to this threat.

No state of war has been declared by Saletsia or Xyrael, which can be easily noted by the lack of continued hostilities. The Saletsian strike against People's Loyalist Republic was a defensive measure intended to be precise and inflict as minimal collateral damage as possible. We are taking the necessary measures to ensure our safety, it is the Communist Collaborationists in the People's Republic of Loyalist who are provoking us. We do not wish to engage Myrorian forces, but should the Libertarian Monarchy wish to rattle her sabre, the State of Xyrael will stand by it's southern ally. Both Xyrael and Saletsia have turned against communism, whereas PRL chooses to ally itself with UASS members. We can not stand idly by while communism threatens our way of life.

IAEIO agents are gathering information as we speak about the diplomatic ties of the People's Republic. I personally do not recall Loyalist allying himself with communists, but it is best to investigate before sending troops off to die.

HOWEVER, the unwarranted attacks by Saletsia at cities could not be interpreted, in any way, as an attempt to avoid collateral damage. Honestly, it is more an enemy than Xyrael, with its deliberate attacks against civilian targets. Should the situation worsen, or hostilities start back up, the Myrorian Empeureum will react accordingly.

The information you collected from Loyalist news source is unreliable, as it was a private liberal entity that posted it up. The false information was reveal to be a result of mis-communications between journalist and our military officials. The MOM branch of DI serves as imagery asset which maps out the territories within the Loyalist Republic. Hence, Saletsia's attack on our private and government assets is unjustified, and a neglect in verifying its sources. 

We deny any accusations that our military satellites are spying on foreign nations, any concerns that Saletsia had could had been settle more peacefully. We seek reimbursement for the damages done to private and public property by the government of Saletsia. This atrocity has affect the entire populous, and Parliament will be push to deal out a proper response if Saletsia does not cease hostilities.

After gathering with other vessels, they started to get supplies from the islands 2 by 2. Those supplies had come by plane, half for the islands, other half for the submarines. Although the planes just thought they were getting extra rations and other stuff.

I do not know what incompetent informers your intelligence agency have after receiving your message. I believe I have to correct some mislead information you based your message on. First of all war has not been declared on the People's Republic of Loyalist. Secondly we can mobilize our troops as we wish on our side of the border. Thirdly the preemptive strikes launched against our Southern neighbor targeted military installations and bases and those cities with the highest concentration of military personnel and equipment. Furthermore the People's Republic of Loyalist forfeited the chance for a peaceful solution by not reacting accordingly to our warning which can only be interpreted in one logical way being our Southern neighbor did not intend to follow the course of peaceful settlement which in turn is expressed by the PRL's sudden mobilization and militarization of its military forces along our borders.  I would advise your intelligence officers to be more careful in conducting their jobs and I also advise Myroria to stay out of Eastian issues and not worsen the current status quo being one of peace.
