The Kingdom of Rozarria was ruled by the King of Disertansa, The Everlasting; a race of High beings that lived before the Gizons(what the Everlasting call humans) and their Creator(God,Ra,Jesus,Muhamad, Zeus, ectc..) The Everlasting help the humans legislate between the Kingdoms of Darnoss and Rozarria.
