B-2 bombers taxied onto the runway in Novrith, on the northeastern coast of Myroria. Along with some Stratotankers for a mid-flight refuel, the bombers took off for Veramark. As far as the military of Myroria was concerned, Veramark might as well have invaded the mainland itself - and deserved the ultimate retaliation. The bombers were destined to attack the capital, and bomb the populace into rebellion or submission.

Statement from the Imperial Republic of Xyrael:

Quote
All nations attempting to utilize the waterways of Xyrael before seeking approval by the Xyraeli government will be fired upon, no exceptions will be made for any nation. Vessels that have currently violated our sovereignty will NOT be allowed to return. Any vessel which further insults our pride will be destroyed.

Signed,
King Xipil

Do not violate my waters further, or I will use deadly force.

The People's Demogogy of Varkour, the Veramarki Empire, Dyzanii

You have disobeyed the command of staying away from Myrorian lands. The Myrorian Empire declares war on the nations specified (Varkour, Veramark, Dyzanii) If at any time you withdraw your forces from Ryazania, the state of war between our nations will be void.

Peté Tar-Ilium.

Myrorian Theocratic Empire,

Dysanii was never informed of any command to stay away. Furthermore, no Dysaniian troops are in Ryazania - does the Myrorian Theocratic Empire declaration of war come into effect if troops move in Ryazania, or is it already in effect?

Dysanii,

I apologize for reviewing my intelligence too quickly. Certainly, you do deserve a warning before we blindly attack you. We will only declare war on you if you move in your troops to Ryazania, but if you want land I'm sure we can come to some sort of an agreement.

General John Wellington stood cursing in his office. He was yelling in to the phone into the Director of Nuclear Operations.

" WHAT THE FUCK DO THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING? HAVE THEY GONE MAD? ?
" Apparently so, sir. What would you have me do? "
" Send bombs to the capitals of everyone but Ozia, I don't want us to get in a bigger pile of shit. '
" Uh, General? "
" Yes? "
" You do realize that this will completely fuck up half the world? "
" Yes, yes I do. Those bastards won't get away from this. "
" I assure you that everything will be gone within the hour. May God have mercy on our souls. "

The nation of Ryazania is currently threatened by a multitude of belligerent powers greedy for power and control, unthoughtful about how their lust for wealth will harm the Eastern World. I hereby authorize the deployment of the navy to secure Xyraeli waters, and offer military assistance to the nation of Ryazania in the form of 500,000 soldiers should she feel the need to accept. I offer this in the hopes that the sovereign government knows what is best for the people.

Signed,
King Xipil

Meanwhile, dozens of littoral combat vessels, missile frigates, and Gotland class submarines begin prowling the waterways of Xyrael in an attempt to choke out foreign aggression before hostilities spill over into the Imperial Republic.

We assure the Kingdom of Xyrael will not be harmed, for allowing us to go through your water way the Ozian government will grant you gracious rewards for your hospitality. Ozian Vessels traveling to Ryazania were specified not to interfere with Xyraeli ships or lands. We never meant any harm and will continue to do no harm to Xyrael. If you need any military support against Imperialists we are here to help.

OOC: Xyrael, there is no chaos or civil war. These fuckwits invaded before my government collapsed. I would edit the post to aiding Ryazania in way of military action.

OOC: yes, I noticed, this is all happening really fast and rather chaotically. Perhaps instead of this haphazard planless nature which threatens to destabilize the entire eastern world and create a horrible quagmire we could do something a bit more organized. I'll edit the post tho.

Any nation wishing to attack Ryazania will need to inform me how you would maintain order, civility, and stability, to ensure that my people are not harmed by any spillover your petty wars will cause. You must also completely outline your plans to keep the people safe while your missiles destroy their material lives.

Dysanii troops and vessels are hereby authorized to utilize Xyraeli waters for the withdrawal of their forces, and will be supervised by the Xyraeli Navy. Any deviance from this approved action will force the Xyraeli Naval Vessels to react appropriately whence the Dysanii vessels re-enter Xyraeli waters.

Deep in the middle of the Bennish deserts, at the Eluvataran Royal Air Force's missile base alarms blared as reports came in of several launches of ICBMs. The Presiding Steward was on the line, speaking rapidly with the generals. His plane was en route to the southern mountain underground base. Missiles were brought out of their silos and prepped for launch...
