"Wake up, Aemei" said a fuzzy face as Aemei started to open his eyes. When it was clear he saw his wife looking down on him. He looked at the time, 12:75 (4:25 AM).
"What did you get me up so early for?" he said with annoyance in his face.
He plopped his head back on the pillows and then heard a voice coming from the other side of the room. The voice sounded so familiar but he couldn't quite catch it. He completely ignored what was said to him until he heard a loud, "AEMEI!"
"What!?" he got up and saw Mei at the other end of the room, "Bloody Jade, what are you doing here?"
The body of Mei dropped to the ground and then he saw a hooded figure in black behind her. Aemei shriveled up in fear as the hooded assassin drew closer and closer to Aemei. He cleaned his scimitar off and the went for a stab at Aemei. The blade went through his skin as he felt the cold blade penetrate through his skin.
"Wake up Aemei!" Aemei got up with a shock and felt something in his heart that felt like it was stabbed. He had a feeling of emptiness in his chest.
"What time is it?" he then looked and found the clock.
"27:95 Aemei." Aemei confirmed it and then immediately got up and started to get ready for the meeting he was about to miss.
