Llanydern advances northwards. Please look lots of RP opportunities

OOC: I'd like to advance northwards in the empty land between my nation and Mynoria (sorry if I have spelled that wrong) so I was wondering if anyone wanted to play the various petty states that already inhabit this area.  Think of it as your chance to play someone very different from you normal nation, if your a socialist try a fascist, if your a monarchist try a republic, if your a capitalist try a Marxist. If people could sign up then we can divide the area up between you (I'll knock a map up as soon as I can (may have to wait till I get back to university as then I'll have free web hosting)).

Also this will be going IC when we've got a few more people and also because probably tomorrow I'll start doing the IC preparations for the coming campaign.

Well, perhaps this is a good time for Ryazania to disintegrate? Would definitely make Llanydern the most popular guy on the block. And if we are going to do that, can we discuss it first? I was thinking of something like a British East India Company colonizing India scenario, where it falls to local warlords and we take spheres of influence/corrupt them through indirect means. Before you got here Llanydern, that part of Myroria was controlled by Ryazania (and technically still is) in their United Imperium (there is a thread somewhere on it), but Ryaz gave that nation up to play Astaporia, and some people jumped the gun on taking it over and he nuked everyone. How much of this is actually RP canon I'm unsure of (I almost wrote a news story about nuclear fall out in Taijitu, but everyone else seemed to be ignoring it at the time), but I know Varkour referenced it in a thread.

Ryazania gave his nation to me. A disintegration RP is out of the question unless it is conquered in a war or something. It will not be disintegrated by itself in the near future.

By the way, the mainland of the Myrorian Imperium is in the southwest of the map. The land above you is the Ryazanian Province, not Myroria Proper. And as long as you don't interfere in our workings in Ryazania, we won't care if you take the land.

I'm in! Seeing how its the Chinese Loyalist, I need a backstory to where my people came from. I'm thinking of a highly westernize white supremacy former-colony Republic with industrial age tech.

The Mods agreed to Myroria just getting all of Ryazania without any RP/explanation? This will set a poor precedent...

OOC: there were no mods at that point.  What was supposed to happen was that Ryazania was supposed to fall into anarchy, and various nations, including Myroria, were to secure various sections of it.  However, as you may have read, this was pre-empted, and Ryazania was invaded before it fell into anarchy.

The invaders ended up nuked (though this was largely IGNORED), and Ryazania remains Myrorian.

Any advances you make into Ryazania Province will be supported by Dysanii. Expect troops and supplies. I could probably bring Varkour around to supporting such an operation as well.

Yes, I hold a grudge, since I havent officially seen the land Myroria promised me (which happened to be that above Llanydern).
