Discovery of Kailazerc

"This is just me, but the gladiator games are a little barabaric. But then again, that is just the kings side of the story. We should just stay here, and see if the other 2 factions come to talk to use"

Kerr looked up and smiled. It was the shipment of Anti-tank guns and SKS rifles. His men rushed forward to grab them and bring them back into one of the huts. But they kept a few anti-tank guns at the walls incase of a tank assault.

"I don't think the mafia is going to attack us. I mean, its my brother. He wouldn't do anything to hurt me."

Kerr went to the command area, and looked at the map. Kailazerc was for now largely uncharted, and it might be for a while. Kerr walkd outside and walked over to the alex.

"I think i'll go back to the rebel fortress and talk to the UKLF."

[Aquatoria]

Alex nodded and saluted. "Alright, i'll stay here and continue to watch for anything suspicious. But I think you should take some men with you for support. In case something goes wrong." Kerr nodded and saluted back. As he left with some Barakarin and Canadians, Alex stayed to further defend the base. More helicpters were coming to drop off supplies and ammunition.

[Bara]

After many hours of flying, Kerr finally reached the rebels fortress. He walked inside to talk to the rebel council of Warlords, and when he reached them, they told him to sit down and offered him a cigar. Kerr took the cigar and light it, smoking it small bits at a time.

"As you know, I'm from Barakarin and we found your civilization. We talked to the king, and he said that there was a civil war going on. I want to hear your side of the story."

The Warlords said that this conflict has been going on for century's. There was 3 different tribes, the Suvei, the Cimbri, and the Naristi. They were once at Peace, but then the Suvei, the kings peolpe, attacked the Cinbri and the Naristi. The Cimbri and Naristi banded together, and since then, they made a new tribe out of it, the Nervii. The warlords went on, saying that the Suvei and the Nervii fought on and off for century's, each time, they become more and more distant. The Nervii developed gladiator games, and have a Democratic Socialist outlook. The Suvei had a more of a monarchy outlook. Then, 5 years ago, the rebellion went into full flame. Kerr thanked the Warlords and left, heading to his chopper. They flew back to base, when he noticed something near the base. It looked like gunfire. When they got to the base, Alex was at the walls, peeking over them. As it turns out, the UKLF and the Kings soldiers got into a battle. It was mainly a infantry battle, but the UKLF had a group of motorcycles with sidecars carrying machine guns, and the Kings forces had 1 tank. Kerr ran over to Alex, who was now crouched down.

"What happened here?!"

Kerr peeked over the wall, and noticed the guerrillas were using both Mass-attack, and Guerrilla warfare. The kings men, on the other hand, were using modern tactics. Kerr crouched down, and wrote something down on a notepad

UKLF use mass attack, and guerrilla.

"They just came out of nowhere. The King's men came and started engage them. I have ordered the men not to fire. I don't want this to turn into a three-way war. Waht are you writing?

[Bara]

"Something about there tatics"

Kerr grimaced as many bullets kicked dirt around. He peeked over the side, seeing that the UKLF was pushing forward, yelling at the top of their lungs. The kings men, however were taking accurate shots and inflicting many casualties on the UKLF. Finally, the UKLF withdrew, and the battle ended. Kerr sighed a breath of relief, and went over the top, and walked around the battlefield. By the time the battle ended, it wad morning, and Kerr noticed something about one of the soldiers. He was wearing a patch familiar to him.

"Sh*t"

Kerr ran back to the fire base as fast as he could to tell Alex the news.

"Were not the only outsiders in Barakarin. The mafia must have hired Mercenaries to help the UKLF. Its the same mercenary company that helped Canada with one of your expansions."

Kerr sat down, and put his heads and his hands. He was once part of that mercenary group, before joining the Barakarin green rangers. After resting for a bit, Kerr got up and went over to the command hut. He radioed his brother, Greco, to ask about the merc's that he hired. After several minutes, Kerr got off the phone. Greco told him that there were two Mercenary company here. One for the king, and one for the UKLF. Kerr saw alex still at the wall, peering over the side. Heput his hand on her shoulder to get her attention. She let out a shout of surprise, and turned around, looking white as a ghost. Kerr couldn't help but laugh but then got on with what he was going to sya.

"I have some news. The King has hired mercenaries. As it turns out, the Mafia only hired one company. Word must have got out, and another one came, and the king hired them. Maybe thats how the kings soldiers are using advanced tatics."

[Aquatoria]

"What, the mercenary company from Nerubia!? I am going to ride out and speak to these mercenaries. I could probably have them join us." Alex jumped on a horse and rode towards the mercenary camp. The mercenaries let her meet the commander after she told them where she was from.

OOC: god, 3 days gone and i have 3 pages of messages.

Gunny, who completed the Mercenary campaign in Nerubia looked over at the Canadian officer. He had worked with the Canadians before, and knew they could offer good money. But the Mafia did to. Especially since they offered a contract to arm, train and help the UKLF. Gunny motioned for the officer to sit down. The offricer, who told him her name was Alex, wanted them to change sides in the war. She offerd his mercs Gold, and gunny thought about it for a momnet.

"Alright, we'll do it."

Gunny and Alex shook hands and Alex left. They agreed that the Mercs will change sides when the Gold gets there. Gunny they called the Mafia, telling them that they might have to go soon. Greco understood, but they had to do one last job. They had to escort a convey carrying M-14 rifles that they took from a Government Arsenal. Gunny said he would do it and told his boys to load up. They met up with the convoy, and after they finshed the escort, they collected there pay and went back to camp. They knew that they just gave the rebels better weapons. They knew it was going to be a bloodbath now.

*Ivanec, Barakarins Captial*

"Yes...ok...ok...got it."

The king finshed speaking with the Mafia Boss, Greco. They just had a convoy of M-14's delivered to his city, and he was placing in a order for Anti-Tank weapons. He didn't want the Newcomers to know what was going on beneath the surface. He didn't want them to know that most of the Suvei supported the rebellion. He didn't want them to know that he could only mantian control by killing off thousands of Kailaerns. He then called the Mafia boss again, and told them to convice the warlords to attack the forgniors base. He smiled, and got up. He got on his horse, and with a calvary brigade, he rode off to the forginors base to tell them about the attack. The two looked shock, but then ordered there men to there battle sations. The king rode away, grining. His plan to turn the new comers to his side was working.

"OPEN FIRE, LETS MOVE!"

Kerr and alex were running up and down the line, shouting at there men to keep firing. The UKLF kept on attacking in waves, and each wave got closer and closer. Once, a UKLF soldier got over the wall, but was killed by Alexs sword. They almost had the UKLF beaten, when there Tanks showed up. At first, the Barakarin and Canadian soldiers were worried, but then they opened fire with there anti-tank guns, which could take them out in one hit. The UkLF, only armed with Lee-Enfield's and few M1 Garand's, didnt stand a chance.

"FIX BAYNOETS!"

The soldiers ran over the top, and engaged in viscous hand to hand combat. The troops that didn't already run was killed. The troops let up a shout of victory, and walked around the battlefield, picking up somethings that they thought looked cool. However, Kerr and Alex was in the command hut, radioing the King to send his forces to there firebase, The king said that he would be there in the morning.

"Good, thats when Lt. Colonel Paul stone is coming."

The soldiers later went to sleep, for they will have a big day ahead of them. When the sun rose, they saw a column of dust come up. The king forces had arrived, Around the same time, Lt. Colonel Paul landed his plane's, and his Battlion came out. The 3 forces, combined, had more then 750,000 men. They all agreed that the Kings forces will lead the way to the UKLF fort, then they will crush them. Spirts where high when they left, hoping that this Insurgency would end.

"Open fire ladies!"

The Barakarin-Candian forces begin pounding away at the Rebels fortress with Air strikes. The kings forces, was at the front lines, keeping the UKLF pinned. After 19 Airstrikes, part of the wall came tumbling down.

"NOW!"

The Army charged through the opening, guns blazing. The UKLF was the onlys left in the Fort, for the Mafia left earlier. Although there was stiff Resistance, it was crushed. The Captured UKLF fighters was executed, one by one by the kings forces. While they were doing that, the Barakarin and Canadian forces looked for the Warlords, but didnt find them. they walked outside, where the king was waiting.

"You did it! you saved my kingdom!"

"Your welcome sir"

"You are welcome to my place at anytime. it is open to you and your allies."

"Thank you sir, we'll deal with the fort, you take your men home."

"I shall"

The kings men went out of the fortress, with there spirits high. Alex was happy, but Kerr was troubled. Something didn't seem right to him. Like, how the king was so anxnious to leave. Kerr just shrugged it off, but, it was hard to. He went to his men, and told them to look around for stuff. Kerr walked into UKLF command center. He looked at some of the phtos on the table. They looked like normal photos, but, one of them caught his eye. It was a large hole, and with bodies filled in it. He fliped it over, and he went wide eyed.

This is why we fight!

Kerr ran out to his men and told them to stop what they were doing. Kerr showed alex it and she gasped. Now they knew the real reason they fought. They left the fort, and headed back to the firebase. They had to call Kerr brother.

[Bara]

"Yes...no... Just tell me Greco.... ok, thanks"

Kerr got off the radio and ran to the chopper. They had to go to the forests regions. They had several crates of ammo, and weapons to give to the UKLF. Alex was on the machine gun, ready to shoot at anything that attacked. After 5 hours of flying, they reached the camp. The UKLF fighters, seeing it land, looked at Kerr and Alex.

"Relax, we got stuff for you"

Kerr pointed to the crates, and the UKLF rushed to grab them. They put it in a large tent, and fighters were now armed with Negav Light machine guns. the troops then rushed to fire them at the range. Kerr smiled and walked into the command tent to speak with the Warlords. Kerr and alex stood until the warlords saw them, then told them to sit down.

"I'm guessing you saw the picture?"

"Yes i did."

'I guess i shouldn't have lied to you."

"About what?"

"The Nervaii and the Suvei and actually closer then what you think. We have been together ever since the outsiders invaded. You see, the Suvei came from a place across the seas, and when they came, we were fighting our Clan warfare. After 3 century's, of on and off fighting, outsiders attacked, and since we drove them off, we have been friendly to each other."

"Then why is there a ..."

"Rebllion? Simple, the kings father and the current king killed off both Suvei's and Nervaiis. and over what? our pit fights? and because some Suveis didn't like him? Those two men are fools."

"Thank you for your time."

'Tank you for your weapons."

Kerr and Alex walked out of the tent and headed back to the fire base. They felt like that had done the right thing. They went to there radio room, and asked for permission to call in airstrikes when needed. They got the go ahead. The UKLF now was armed with better weapons, but also, they had the ability to ask for air strikes. Kerr and Alex radioed the Warlords, and told them about the Airstikes. Then, kerr and alex went to sleep. they had a time ahead of them.

[Bara]

It was 3 days since the Warlords could call in air strikes, and Kerr and Alex have been working for hours. The Warlords have taken the citys of Novska, Darvar, Gavdas and Theveste. all the citys they had now to take was Ivanec and Togir. The UKLF forces could mow down forces easily with there Negev Light Machine gun, and they could take out anything the Kings men throw at them with the air strikes. They felt invincible. They were now attacking Ivanec, the last stronghold. When they took that, Togir would give up. Air strikes calls were coming in round the clock. Lt. Colonel Paul Stone was there with his soldiers.

"Hey Alex, do you know how many airstrikes we called so far?"

"Yeah, like, 32, why?"

"Just asking."

Suddenly, a shout came over the radio.

"WE TOOK IT! ITS OURS!"

Kerr and alex looked at each other and high fived. They had helped bring down the fall of a king that killed thousands. Lt. Colonel pual stone said that he would stay behind and train the new Kailazerc National Defense Force (KNDF). Kerr and Alex would be going home as soon as a flight can take them.

"Well Alex, i guess i wont see you for a while...."

"Yeah.."

"Best of luck"

"You to."

[Bara]

The transport plane arrived, and Kerr and Alex stepped on.

"Well, were going home."

"Yeah"

Then, a soldier ran up to them, yelling for the plane to stop. He told Kerr and Alex that a radio message came in that the UKLF was being pushed back. It turns out, the Kings forces just unleashed a new type of tank, the H-69. It could withstand most tank rounds. The UKLF was heading towards the Firebase.

"Soldier, get on the radio and tell them that tranport plans will take them to Barakarin"

"Yes sir."

The soldier ran off, and Alex, along with Kerr hopped off.

"Alex, i'm going to call Air Force command, and they are going to bring up more planes. But, we might have to bring them to Canda. Ask your government if thats ok."

[Aquatoria]

Alex got on the radio to her government. SHe spent some time arguing with them. "They said yes. Bring them to Canada. They'll be safe there."

[Bara]

"Alright, the transport planes should be here any mintue."

Kerr walked over to the Radio room, and learned that the Army should be at the fire base within a few hours.

"Alright, there going to be here in a few hours, we don't know if the Kings forces is behind them, so i want Anti-Tank guns loaded and ready!"

The troops ran to there battle positions, while Kerr and Alex waited for the UKLF. Finally, after 3 hours they saw a cloud of Dust, and at the same time, the planes came. The UKLF sped to them, and got rid of there vehicles, while taking only the ones that they couldn't make. They hopped in the planes, while the troops loaded what ever they didn't want the kings forces to get, and destroyed the rest. 1 hour later, the planes lifted off. Kerr looked over to alex, who was helping wounded men.

"You know, these guys have seen a lot of combat...."

[Aquatoria]

I know. They gave their lives to rebuild their nation. I respect that. Help me get the wounded into the planes." Kerr and Alex as well as other Canadian and Barakarin soldiers helped the wounded into the planes. After every soldier was in the planes, ALex and Kerr jumped in too. They were about to fly to Canada to protect the UKLF. The planes slowly took off and soon were on their way to saftey.
