Civil War in Veramark

[Aquatoria]

Rommel had decimated the town. Buildings were mere shells of themselves and terrorists lay dead along the streets. The Canadian tanks rumbled through the town, making sure terrorists weren't waiting for them. But htey weren't. The Canadian army had killed the entire cell in that town. Rommel picked up his radio. "Lt. Colonel, move your troops against the final town. After we take that, then we set up camp and we will come up with our next plan of operations." The Specter gunships flew over the town and openfired on a terrorist relief force. Rommel got back in his tank and sent the force against them. The tanks fired cannon and machine gun until the terrorists fled in fear. The Canadian blitzkrieg and the Spectre gunships were the pride of the High Command's strategy. No force had ever beaten the combined foce of the Spectre gunships and the Leopard tanks.

[Bara]

Paul ran out of his APC with his men. They knew they had to take this town. He began firing at Terrorists in the buildings, and directed machine gun fire. He saw Rommel once in the battle to take the Central town, but he kept pushing. Then, a palne flew over the sky. But it wasn't a Barakarin or Canadian plane.

"Oh my god...."

The plane begin hurtling towards them. Troops ran to find cover, and pual hide in a old Candy Store. The plane hit and exploded, killing anybody foolish to be out of cover. The Terrorists, thinking the NCG troops were dead, came out into the road. But thwen they did that, Paul's men opend fire, killing all of them. Pual walked out, and saw the plane was a small, single engine plane, mainly used before the Cvil War as a training plane. He wlaked over to a APC and radioed Rommel.

"Sir, i have taken the western part of the town. But, a plane did a suicide attack near us, but none of us are hurt. If you spot a plane that doesn't have a Barakarin or Canadian symbol, open fire on it."

"Understood, Lt. Colonel." Rommel moved the force into the eastern half of the final town. The Canadian forces were ruthless, they gave no mercy to the terrorists, fo they knew they would recieve none. Rommel kept in his tank and commanded his force. Bullets zipped around and RPG blasts near the tank, meant that they weren't safe just yet. The Canadian army fought hard against the terroists, and when they saw the Barakarin flag waving on the other side of town, the Canadians cheered and forced the terrorists between Barakarin and Canadian soldiers. The soldiers lifted up the Canada-Quebecois Imperial flag over the city's town hall. Fighting continued into the night, but by morning the fighting had ended.

Lt. Colonel Stone told rommel that he had orders to take a major City. Rommel Agreed and the two forces moved out. They entered the outskirts, and Paul orded the APC's fire there main guns, and then radioed in for a Bombing run. The planes flew over head, redcing most of the City to rumble. Just to make sure, he called in for anthor one, and the Bombers flew over head. They droped there payload, and the troops moved in. They saw the city was wiped out and they moved in and took it. The troops camped in the city ruins, and Lt. Colonel Paul Stone talked to Rommenl

"Well, we took one of the obetives....the main force should be driving into the west, and we meet at the capital city. We need to take one more city."

*Vermark, Command Bunker*

"Sir, one of our citys in rubble now!"

"What?!"

"Barakarins and Candians...they bombed it to Sh*t."

"Your dismissed"

The Vermark officer walked out the room, then hurried to his command room. He then plotted how he would kill the commander. Little did he know, 4 Other officers were plotting to do the same thing. They all wanted to rule Veramark, but they had different ways of doing it. The officer shut off his lights and went to bed, the next day going to kill the Commander.

The capital of Veramark was holding out against the Canadian/Barakarin onslaught. Rommel looked over a map of the area trying to find a weak spot in the terrorist lines. Lt. Colonel Stone was fighting on the front lines, but the marshal had to actually go to his headquarters. He hating being safe in a headquaters while men were dying. He loved to be on the front. He had develped a new battle plan that would break the Veramark lines. He picked up the radio. "All tank commanders, I want you to move your tanks to the center of our lines, then when I give the order you will smash the Veramark lines." Tank commanders all radioed back that they were doing just that. He then called the air force. "All Spectre gunships have to be off the ground now." The air force commander radioed back. "Yes, sir." Rommel was going to send the gunships in first. They would pummel the terrorist lines with howitzer and gatling gun fire. Then when they passed the tanks would then smash the lines and breakthrough. The gunships would fly in for one more run after the tanks broke the lines. Then after their run, the infantry and APCs would then move in. Rommel called it the Sky Dragon Blitzkreig. "All units prepare for the Sky Dragon Blitzkrieg."

the Lt. Colonel radio man was just killed by a sniper, so now he had to rely on tank crews for there radios. He sent in a call to Rommenl, sating that the terrorists were also fighting each other ,along with the Barakarins and Canadians.

"Its odd, i cant see why they would be doing it."

A tank arrived, and it begin firing its main gun as fast as it could. the Barakarins were amazed on how fast it moved, but they still pushed on. A Barakarin MG crew set up on a house, and begin tearing up emeney lines. Lt. Colonel Paul sent in a new radio message that they are in the center of town, and restanice here is very fierce.

"This may be where there command post is, but it might not be."

*Veramark Command Bunker*

"Well, he's dead"

The officers who just killed there command officer then turned there guns on each other. They knew that there forces above ground where fighitng there rival terriosts, along with the barakarins and the scum they brought with them. After a long shootout, 1 of the  officers where dead. The other 3, wnet to differnt areas of the bunker, and waited until the battle was over. While they were doing that, they had troops pulled out of the city and into the conturyside. They would fight a later day.

"Hold on son, we're coming." Marshal Rommel hung up his radio. Lt. Colonel Stone had said they made it to the center of the city and fighting was fierce. He looked at the map. "All Hind attack copters move into the city's senter and aid the Barakarin force pinned down. I want Canadian tanks to be brought up to assualt the terrorists there as well. Now, move." Calls over the radio announced that his orders were recieved and were being carried out. General Arthur Currie walked up to the marshal. "Sir, the Kaiser has requested that you leave for Canada-Quebec immeditatly. I am to take command of the front until you return." Marshal Rommel wasn't a man to question his kaiser, and as a military man as well, the kaiser would send him back to Veramark as soon as he was finished with what he wanted. "Alright, General. I will see you as soon as I return." The marshal left on the first copter back to the fleet.

When the Canadians finally arrived, the center of the town was taken. Lt. Colonel told the General to take the last part of the town, the eastern. While they were doing that, the Lt. Colonel saw 3 planes take off. They didn't have a Barakarin or Canadian symbol, but they weren't heading towards them. They were flying in different areas. the Lt. Colonel set up a Command Post in a old gun shop, and begin to put cules together on the Terrorists behavior.

First, they attack each other, and 3 differnt planes fly away from each other

Then, the Lt. Colonel got a idea. He used a radio and called the General to tell him the news.

"Sir, i think that the terriots are now in a 3 way war within them selfs. I say we pull out, Raze the city, and let them fight each other out"

"I agree. This civil war could be an advantage for us later. With them weakened, we can then move in again and the country will fall alot easier. Alright Lt. Colonel, you have your orders, raze he city and we will pull out."

[Bara]

"Yes sir"

Lt. Colonel Paul then called for a bombing run to drop firebombs in half a hour. He told his men to hop on APCs and head away from the city. The Canadians did also. Once a safe distance away, B-24 Liberators sent the city up in ashes. the Lt. Colonel drove away, and didn't look back. They crossed the border to Barakrin, where local Towns peolpe greeted them with drinks and food. The soldiers drank and ate, and talked to the towns people. Then, a small boy came running out and leaped up to the Lt. Colonel.

"Daddy!"

The Lt. Colonel grinned and hugged the boy. He looked at his men, who were grinning form ear to ear. They knew who the kid was. It was the Lt. Colonels son. He hopped on the tank, and the tank drove off to the capital. They had a small parade, and the Head Councilman gave them campaign medals. The men, happy that there duty was done, ran off into the city. the Lt. Colonel went over to the General.

"Well, where did Rommel go?"

[Aquatoria]

"Rommel was ordered back to Canada-Quebec, because he is being honored as a hero of the Empire. He was reluctant to leave, but it was an order by his Kaiser. This is a lovely son you have here. I have a young daughter back in Anchorage."

[Bara]

"Thanks"

Paul ruffled his son hair, and his son ran off to see the tank.

"He always wanted to be a tanker. So, when he is old enough, i am going to send him to Barakarin Amour Corps (BAC) to be trained as one. He looked over at his men, who were partying, and talking to each other. A few of them got kisses from women. The tank crews were firing there Machine guns into the air, but not so then it would hit anyone. Lt. Colonel looked over at the general and gave him a slip of paper.

"Tell Rommel its from me, but don't open it"

General Currie looked at the paper and nodded. "I will give this to him as soon as I see him. Thank you." The Canadian soldiers shook their Barakarin allies one last time and the army prepared to leave. Arthur Currie waved to the cheering crowds as they made thier way to the airfields. From there, they would fly back to the Veramark coast and then board their transports. The fleet was waiting for them. Arthur Currie looked back at Barakarin, how much he liked this country.

the Lt. Colonel waved goodbye to the General. He never knew if they would see each other again. The BAC tankers left, and headed to there base. The NCG troops, with there 2 tours of duty done, went home. But, the Lt. Colonel went back to his town where he had a house, and his wife welcomed him. He sat down and ate some dinner, and went to bed. The Civil War was over, and Barakarin has won.
