Lt. General Silva of Esperança and Major Komonov greeted both General Lentz and Colonel Esther: "You are welcome here, but you do not have permission to go in Esperança or UASS Utopia. You shouldn't need to anyway, thanks for your cooperation here in Saletsia-Minor."

Lt.General Silva is the highest rank in Esperança, will become General of Esperança depending on the success of making Oz to cease the hostilities, throwing Major Komonov to Brigadier General when the government is created.

General Lentz turned to Lt-Gen. Silva of "Hope": "I'm sure the Barakarin peacekeepers will stay within Saletsia-Minor. They are here to help maintain peace and help the local population in case of problems."
Days have passed and the Ozians yet have not responded to the last telegram. There have also been no further attacks making hopes for peace arise amongst the multinational forces and civilians in Utopa/Esperanca/Saletsia-Minor.

Though seeming calm, supplies of extra food rations, medicine, more tools, experts and military defense equipment were being flown in.

OOC: Yes, its from a earlier post, but when i modified the post eariler then when you guys posted, it didn't make earlier.

The Colonel walked out and ordered his men to begin building the bunkers. They took whatever rubble they could take, and carried it to the edge of town. They then begin building bunkers using the rubbles, and before nightfall, they had 7 bunkers built. They had only part of the town done, and they needed to put 3 more bunkers up so then they can cover the whole town. Colonel Esther got a flat bed truck and began hauling rubble to the bunker areas, and at 10:00, the bunkers were complete. The Troops began to put weapons in the bunker, and Colonel Esther picked a command post from a old gas station. He set up a radio, medical station, and put a map on the table. He settled in for the night, and closed his eyes.

After two months of stability and peace, Governor-General Moshe Elmert decided to contact the UASS.

Greeting former comrades,
I am sure it has come to your attention that Saletsia officially laid claim to the Utopian area it had administered during it's membership in the UASS treaty. As of now, we have not been aware of any vehement objection to our actions. We therefore ask the UASS council to recognize our claim to the territory under Saletsian control that is named "Saletsia-Minor". Of course, we are open to discussions regrading the terms of secession.

Greetings former comrade,
We are fully aware of Saletsia-Minor, it is now our time to discuss about your intrusion. You might have noticed that Saletsia-Minor divides UASS Utopia with Esperança. Our national government can be planning the independence, or not, of Esperança, but it's still in Utopian plans from UASS, the mega city of Esperança will be a increment of UASS Utopia, but what will your territory be? It is in our best interest to advise you to follow the project's guidelines and connect Esperança, Saletsia-Minor and Eastern Utopia into cooperative region-states. Not necessarily unifying the states but having cooperative goals, including being independent from the motherland state, would increase the acceptance of UASS. Basically we just defined the former Utopia into 3 regions, and maybe more will come. Pity Saletsia isnot in UASS anymore, but Saletsia-Minor can be...

Saletsia-Minor is planned to become a Saletsian crown colony with autonomous status. As such it will be self-governing in most of its policies, though will pro forma be subject to the Saletsian Imperial Crown. We plan to turn Saletsia to an international dominion of education and technology transfer: creating a university with students and teachers from all over Taijitu in order to bring peoples together.
We would indeed wish to cooperate with Esperança and the UASS multinational territory but would also like to attain formal independence therefrom.

Due to the ease of tensions, Saletsian soldiers were now allowed to return home. Only a small contingent of soldiers and equipment along with the foreign peace-keeping forces remained in order to maintain law and order.
The move is also to show Ozia that Saletsians did not have any aggressive intentions. Though, defensive systems were still active.

[Bara]

The Barakarin soldiers looked at the Saletsians leaving. Sure, they hadnt seen any combat, but they did nothing here but get told what to do by some Colonel that nobody liked. The soldiers walked back to there posts. The colonel walked up and down the line, yelling at men who did something he didnt like. Suddenly, a burst of shots came out, and the Colonel fell down, dead. Some soldiers got out of there bunkers and looked at the Colonel.

"Well......he's dead.... i guess your our leader now."

One of the soldiers pointed to a captain by the name of Falis. Most of the soldiers were glad that the colonel is dead, but a few of them was wondering if a mere captian could lead 2 regmients.

[Saletsia]

The remaining Saletsian contingent saw what has happened.
A trooper approached: "You guys sure that's okay?"

[Delfos]

A delfian infantry came running to see what happened: "We heard shots! everyone ok? What happened to the Colonel?"

[Bara]

Captain Falils walked over to the soldiers and explained what happened. He said that one of the troops killed the Colonel, and now he was leading the forces.

[Delfos]

NDRA Infantry looked at a fellow soldier: "Are they nuts? What's wrong with them?" in portuguese...
another: "Maybe it's some kind of tradition, kill the superior to new ruler..."
another: "That's so uncivilized!"
another: "well, not all nations have the same chance than ours."
another: "Right, and i bet there's even more uncivilized corners of taijitu..."

A few of the soldiers looked at the Delfains, then begin whispering among themselves.

"What are they talking about?"

"I dunno, maybe us."

"Could be."

"Of course it is, Smart A**!"

"'eh, shut up."

Gov.-General Moshe Elmert ordered troops be transported to Saletsia-Minor from the Barakarin military base.
After some time, a full division with enough aerial support crossed the border with UASS Utopia. Saletsian F5T and MiG-35 jets bombed defense systems and airports while Saletsian and foreign infantry units rushed in a Blitzkrieg into Utopia.

To: Ozia and the rest of the Taijitu

In an joint defensive warfare against the global Communist threat, Saletsia has decided to support its allies of the Eastian Triple Alliance and hereby launches an attack against UASS. The atheistic Red armies will be destroyed which would help keep safe the divine authorities of Taijitu such as the Ozian Sancta.
