OOC: I'll post more about the work in Esperança. (I suggest that the foreign translate as Speranza instead of Hope).

OOC: As I said: Changes are to come :P

IC:

During the evening TV shows on all channels got interrupted for a short address of the Chancellor to the nation.
Then a figure of a man is shown in font of a Saletsian flag sitting at a desk.
"Good evening Saletsia! I would like to thank the voters for their support and assure the Saletsian people - my brothers and sisters - that I will do my very best to glorify our young and beloved Empire.
I see it as my duty to help improve the economy and secure the welfare of our people.
It will not be an easy way but we shall walk this path together and with determination - for we are the ones who will decide on our nation's future.
Hail the Saletsian Empire!
Good night and blessed be!"

After several more days passing more and more Saletian troopers and equipment had arrived in Saletsia-minor. At this point of time, the new Saletsian Imperial flags replaced the old socialist flags and all UASS flags were taken down fro the polls officialy signaling the end of the UASS jurisdiction over the Saletsian territorial claim. Furthermore, soldiers were sent to build border check-points on all highways leading to foreign territory.

Moreover the first colony of Saletsia now got a governor-general: Moshe Elmert, ex-vice-president of the former Saletsian Republic. Moshe arrived in Saletsa-Minor with his and others and now recide in the Colonial Palace.

Today, the Flag of Esperança has risen in the refugee camps.
After the National Anthem sang by delfian citizens that came from Confederate Freedom, more than half of them were just passing by, visiting the Wall of the Silent. Nearly 100 occupied the Northeast Refugee Camp. At noon the military escorted hundreds of delfians and others to the Wall of the Silent, many grieved by knowing their loved ones were confirmed dead.

The soldiers got emotional and stood there making our national salutation for an hour.

They now have a problem, the rations are running out faster than they should. The New Delfos Air Force Transport Service have to deliver rations as soon as possible.

From : the Terrangar Ministry of foreign affairs.

In the light of current food shortages we would like to offer assistance by sending food supplies by sending two C-17 transport aircraft and 1 A400M transport with a crew trained in low level supply drops.
Please inform us if  we may support you in this matter.
Also we are willing to send in additional tents and clothing and have our combat engineers assist you in enhancing the living conditions at the refugee camps.

The power we hold comes from our citizens.
And they may take it away as well.

Orders were given by Governor-General Moshe Elmert to start the construction of an intertantional university that could accomodate up to 20 000 students from all over Taijitu. It also should be able to offer a wide variety of commodities and even have a private air-field, firing range, artificial lake, astronomical station, satellite station etc..
At once the colony's best architects were gathered and blue-prints were made. In about 7 years the university was to be opened.
Until then the best teachers, professors and doctors of Saletsia were being looked for as well as foreign experts.

From: The Administration of Esperança
To: the Terrangar Ministry of foreign affairs.

We accept your humanitarian aid, it will be heard in our motherland. But any military cannot stay in Esperança due to strict territory security issues. Your planes can land in a big airfield near the City of Esperança for refueling and rest. If they want to visit the Wall of the Silent, they have to come back as civilians. Thank you for the aid.
