Casualties of war

Guardsman Millar was numb. The pain in his stomach had eased enough for him to being to drop in and out of consciousness. It had been three hours since the Chinese Loyalist medic had dragged him from the battlefield, four and a half hours since the 7.62 round had pinged from the tree-line and smacked into his stomach.... It had gone down-hill from there, and he'd watched as they'd been overrun by the enemy, their infantry and tanks rolling past, not even noticing the scores of wounded. The medic had come when night fell, quietly from the hedge, calling to the men, seeing who was still alive, and it had taken all his remaining strength to cry-out, and the medic had dragged him into the landrover.

OOC: guys, post stories of wounded or dead.

Battle for Zepeda

Private Herav Dev Zhukov of the Mafia armies and under the flag of the 43rd Legion ran into the palace after being ordered to clear out the city. There he believed he they would find the rumored Yadakan royal guard. Just as they were about to enter the building the tanks behind him fired at the palace. Marble shooting everywhere and dust flowing throughout the place. Herav charged in first with his I-19 in a bayonet fix. As he entered a huge corridor the room was full of running Yadakan soldiers. Herav thrusted his rifle into a Yadakan and shot at point blank range. Bullets went through the Yadakan and the spray shot down other Yadakans running as well. They weren't running in fact as the Ozian pulled the bayonet out the back of the Yadakan. They were instead making a strategic pull back to a barricade of Palace items. The Yadakans opened fire on the charging Ozians. Gaea Take me...

Herav fell to the ground with a pool of blood around him and with other bodies laying near him. His eyes were open and lifeless.
